You don't have your own car with you?
Then rent a car from Mietwagen Pongau. This gives you a flexible transport option in resort.
ASFINAG is renewing five tunnels on the A10 Tauernautobahn between Golling and Werfen and upgrading the safety equipment to the latest state of the art.
This leads to increased delays in traffic.
Even if it seems more convenient to leave the A10 highway to avoid the delays, we strongly advise you not to do so. Locals suffer greatly from the congested roads and are sometimes dangerous. This is because vital organizations such as the fire department, ambulance service and police are sometimes unable to reach their destinations on time.
Ideally, you should switch to trains and buses, which are highly recommended for connections to our region, including direct connections from Hamburg.
